To say I LOVE photographing weddings is an understatement!

Why? Because your wedding day is one of the most exciting, unforgettable, and emotional days in you life. The opportunities to photograph and memorialize special, once in a lifetime moments, are endless....emotions are running high, everyone is looking their best, traditions are perfect, and family is all together.

You spend months planning your special day, paying attention to every detail. Your wedding photographer should be just as diligent and meticulous in capturing those details, while respecting your style, representing your personality, and giving you peace of mind that your pictures will have the “wow” factor you deserve. Remember, you have only one opportunity to capture the memories of your wedding day. Food will be eaten, flowers will die, dresses will be stained, music and dancing will end, and cake will be smashed, but you will always have your professional wedding album to help you relive every little detail of your special day.

Step One... Let's be friends

I don’t believe that wedding photography is one-size-fits-all! I know that MP Brides are unique, and I work VERY hard to find them! I serve a very specific type of bride, who recognizes that if she wants joyful, genuine portraits of herself & her new groom, then she needs more than just pretty pictures. She needs an incredible EXPERIENCE! The first step towards working with me is determining if I am the perfect fit for you! After getting to know each other, we can determine if we’re a match made in heaven, and then we’ll move on to the booking process! …

Step Two... Save the Date

Yay!! You were made to be a MP Couple! Now let’s make sure your date is safe and secure so that we can make this dream a reality!!! I’ll send you a custom booking proposal, where you can review your package and pay your deposit to make everything officially official! Now that you’re an official MP Bride & Groom, it’s time to get started!! ....

Step Three... Engagement Portraits

Let the fun begin! After you book, we’ll schedule your engagement session. And don’t worry... I’ll teach you EVERYTHING! I thrive at helping you both get comfortable and feel like yourselves. After the first 10 minutes of your session, you will be pros. GUARANTEED. I’ve NEVER had a couple not feel at ease! Even if you think you’re not photogenic, or if your fiancé “hates having pictures taken," you will be killing it after 10 minutes have gone by! That’s all the time I need to get rid of nerves and start capturing the joy of this new season of your life together!

Step Four... Planning Your Special Day

I will start making sure that we’re completely prepared and ready for your wedding! I love creating custom timelines for my couples to ensure that you don’t miss out on your dream wedding photos! You know, all of those dreamy portraits, fun friend shots, and detailed images that look like they are straight out of a magazine??? I work with my MP Couples to plan their day, so that they can actually have images like that of their very OWN! After 19 years of photographing weddings, I know how to create the perfect timeline for a photography-friendly wedding day.

Step Five... YOUR WEDDING DAY

It’s here! It’s time to celebrate, relax, and let me get to work! I believe in capturing the whole story of your wedding day. This day is going to be a blur to you, and so I make it a priority to capture the traditional shots that every bride needs, while also capturing the moments in between in a creative & unique way. One of my favorite parts of the wedding day is portrait time with the newlyweds, and getting to meet your families and best friends!!

Step Six... Reveal & Album Design

The Honeymoon is over, but WAIT....there's more! Next we will set up the Reveal of all of your wedding memories! HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of them! I encourage my MP Couples to bring anyone they would like with them, and we will relive your wedding day through your image slideshow! Soon after your Reveal, you will receive your album design, and you can begin the customization process!
